The Drift Slide Angle is engineered to connect exterior cold-formed steel curtain wall studs to the primary structure at the head of the wall, accommodating up to 2 inches of vertical deflection (1 inch up and down) and 2 inches of lateral drift (1 inch left and right). Featuring TSN’s patented Step Bushing Technology, it ensures a friction-free, anti-seizure connection between the clip, stud web surface, and track. This component meets ICC-ES standards and is constructed from certified 50ksi, 33 mil, G90 cold-formed steel, providing a robust alternative to traditional loose assemblies and heavy deep-leg tracks.
