The Spazzer 9200 Spacing Bar streamlines the construction of interior, non-load-bearing studs into a rigid, accurate gridwork by way of its pre-notched bridging and spacing capabilities. This 33mils (20ga) bar, measuring 50 inches in length, is thoughtfully designed to ensure a rigid and accurately laid out grid, all while offering exceptional resistance against stud rotation and displacement. With pre-engineered slots enabling 16" or 24" on center spacing, the Spazzer 9200 bar efficiently secures studs in place by using "shear", to join studs into a sturdy gridwork. This system is compatible with non-structural studs measuring 2-1/2" inches and wider, offering versatility in various construction projects. Installation: 1- Begin by inserting the pre-notched, 50" Spazzer bar through the stud punchouts. Rotate the bridging bar to effectively engage and grip the stud, ensuring a secure fit. 2- Utilize the pre-notched slots to easily lay out studs at either 16-inch or 24-inch intervals, providing precise spacing for your gridwork. 3- Press the Spazzer bar firmly into place, making sure it engages securely within the studs. 4- As you progress, overlap the last slot with the next piece of Spazzer, and continue to repeat.
