Product Description

The Titen HD threaded rod hanger is designed to suspend threaded rod from concrete slabs, beams, or concrete over metal in order to hang pipes, cable trays, and other HVAC or mechanical equipment. This high performance hanger features low installation torque, and does not require secondary setting. This hanger has been tested to offer industry leading performance in both cracked and uncracked concrete, even in seismic loading conditions. Zinc plated carbon steel construction. Installation: Drill a hole into base material using the speficied diameter drill bit to the specified embedment depth plus the minimum hole overdrill depth (see manufacturer published tables). Clean dust and debris from the hole. Install the hanger with a torque wrench, drill, hammer drill, or impact driver. Fully insert the threaded rod.
