The Simpson Strong-Tie Ready-Track Framing is a flexible and efficient solution for framing curved walls, stairwells, soffits, and complex compound radiuses. This galvanized steel track bends smoothly into your desired shape by hand and will hold its shape without fasteners, simplifying positioning and installation. The screw holes in the bottom web allow the top-track radius to be locked down for easy replication, once fitted over the bottom track, and additional optional screw holes in the leg offer more securing options. This track provides quick, dependable framing for even the most intricate and challenging curved designs. RT400-10 is a 4" wide track in a 10' length manufactured out of 20ga (30 mil) G60 galvanized steel. Sold in a 10 pack quanitity. Installation notes: To install, bend the Ready-Track into the desired curve. Screw holes in the bottom web allow the top-track radius to be locked down for easy replication, once fitted over the bottom track. The optional prepunched holes in the leg allow the radius to be easily locked down from the side.
