Product Description

The Simpson Strong-Tie MTS30-REV 30 in. Medium Twist Strap REVERSE BEND is designed to provide a economical and reliable tension connection to prevent uplift at the heel or rafter of a truss. Crafted from G90 coated 16-gauge steel, it ensures long-lasting performance in various construction environments. The strap features a small bend section to reduce interference at the transition points between the two members. The twist strap does not need to be wrapped over the truss to achieve the allowable load. Installation: To install, position the MTS30-REV twist strap on top of framing members and secure it using manufacturer recommended nails or screws. Half of fasteners should go into each member being secured to one another to achieve manufacturer listed loads. Ensure proper alignment and fasten tightly for optimal support and stability.
