Product Description

The AGS-100 Series PanelFast® Pins are engineered for high-strength attachment of sheathing and cladding materials to cold-formed steel framing 14 gauge (68mil) and lighter. Designed for use with the PanelFast System Model 510A, these .100" diameter pins feature a nominal 5/16" head, providing excellent pull-over resistance when fastening plywood, OSB, fiber cement, or gypsum sheathing.

Each pin includes a ballistic point for easy penetration and a knurled shank to maximize holding power in steel substrates. Finished with Aericote® 1000, these pins provide exceptional corrosion resistance, withstanding up to 1000 hours of salt spray exposure.

Installation: Load coils into the PanelFast 510A tool, adjust depth as needed, and fire sequentially for accurate, flush installation. Refer to IAPMO ER-848 for approved structural applications and design values.
