The CDTPA Anchor Series is engineered to withstand uplift forces on top plate(s) of solid sawn or structural composite lumber wall members from the wall stud members of the same materials. CDTPA4 anchors resist upward loads on nominal 2x4 solid sawn or structural composite lumber walls, specifically at the top plate connection.
