Product Description

ClarkDietrich’s BlazeFrame Shield is specifically designed for use in conjunction with approved fireblocking materials per section 718 of the IBC. BlazeFrame Shield installs quickly by twisting into stud flanges and screwing into stud webs. The one piece pre-formed assembly allows for efficient installation by eliminating cutting, notching and attaching clips. The BlazeFrame Shield is available in three widths for both 16" and 24" stud spacing. The BlazeFrame Shield is pre-notched for use on structural studs with a 1-5/8" flange.
