Product Description

Stainless Steel Titen screws are purpose built for attaching various types of components or fixtures to concrete and masonry. Good examples of possible use cases include light fixtures and electrical boxes. Stainless steel Titen screws offer the same versatility of standard Titen screws, but with superior corrosion protection. These screws are made of 410 stainless steel. Note particular drive style- available in both hex and Phillips. Installation: Pre-drill using the appropriate size drill bit (see manufacturer table). Titen drill bits are included in each box of fasteners. Drill the hole to specified embedment depth plus an additional 1/2” to accommodate thread tapping dust. Blow clean with compressed air. Alternatively, drill the hole deep enough to accommodate both embedment depth and dust from both drilling and tapping. Properly position the fixture and then tighten the screw with either hex or Phillips bit depending on drive style.
